The last day for Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) Continuing Education (CE) reporting to be processed for the 2025 calendar year is December 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, due to the CRD system shutdown. Any IARs who are "CE Inactive" at that time will immediately fail to renew, while course completions submitted after that time will be reflected but may be delayed and will not count toward the 2025 renewal.
